The term Customer refers to any person who makes an order using the www.alcentrum.com web page.

It is mandatory for the customer to get acquainted with these Terms and Conditions. By making an order to the seller, the customer agrees with the Terms and Conditions.

SHIPMENT AND PAYMENT METHODS

The customer must make an advance payment to the account (by bank transfer to our account no. 6750762001/5500). We offer customers the option of delivery for a fee or personal collection at our premises.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR DEFECTS

It is mandatory that the customer checks the shipment upon delivery (as long as he/she ordered the construction kit without the assembly) in order to see that the package contains all parts and there are no defects. It is necessary to register a complaint about all kinds of defects upon delivery. All later complaints about the number and size of our aluminium profiles and roofing material will not be considered.

The seller is not responsible for any damage caused by non-professional assembly of the shelter performed by the customer.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE

Our aluminium shelters are suitable for the first two snow zones - this means they can support up to 56 cm of freshly fallen snow. By confirming the order, the customer takes this information into account and undertakes to remove snow from the construction, so that the construction does not break and make further damage. The seller is not held responsible for any damage caused by the shelter's collapse caused by overweighting the construction with snow heavier than the abovementioned weight.

If the customer decides to buy the aluminium profile set without the assembly by the seller, the seller is not responsible for damages caused by non-professional handling and assembly.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If the order is cancelled before the assembly or on the date of the assembly, the customer is required to pay the shipment cost to the desired location as well as assembly costs - up to 14 days from the delivery of the invoice from the supplier. The invoice is considered delivered on the date of its delivery to the customer or on the day the undelivered invoice returns back to the seller.
